Governor General to deliver remarks at the Employment Equity Partners’ Roundtable

OTTAWA, Ontario—Her Excellency the Right Honourable Mary Simon, Governor General of Canada, will deliver remarks virtually at the Employment Equity Partners’ Roundtable. The Honourable Salma Lakhani, Lieutenant Governor of Alberta, and the Honourable Janet Austin, Lieutenant Governor of British Columbia, will also speak at the event.

The 2022 Partners’ Roundtable is presented as a partnership between The Inclusion Project and the Global Centre for Pluralism and focuses on the theme “Partnership for an Inclusive Future.” The event provides a platform for important discussions on systemic racism, discrimination and opportunities for the advancement of diverse talent in Canadian workplaces.
